Privacy Notice

As Hatipoğlu Trakya Yangın Söndürme Sistemleri (the “Company”), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process the personal data you share through our website as described below.

2. Personal data processed

• Identity: name or company name
• Contact: phone number and (if provided) e-mail address
• Request details: the product or service you are interested in and the information in your message
• Transaction security: IP address and date/time that our service providers may log when the form is sent

Please do not share special categories of personal data (such as health data) in the message field.

3. Purposes

• Receiving and answering your requests for quotes, site surveys, refilling, maintenance, installation and training
• Contacting you and planning surveys and service visits
• Carrying out pre-contract steps for our products and services
• Meeting our legal obligations and protecting our rights in possible disputes

4. Legal grounds and method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the quote/request form on our website; information you share by phone or WhatsApp is processed for the same purposes. It is processed on the grounds of being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (Art. 5/2-f).

5. Transfers

The request form uses the Web3Forms service to deliver your data to us by e-mail, and our e-mail runs on Google Workspace. These providers’ servers may be located abroad. Your data is transferred to them only to deliver and answer your request, in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Otherwise it is shared only with authorised public bodies where required by law and is never passed to third parties for marketing.

6. Retention

Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by applicable legislation, after which it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to us to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and its erasure or destruction under Article 7, and notification of these actions to recipients; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
