FM-200 (HFC-227ea) Clean Agent System
HFC-227ea (heptafluoropropane) is a clean agent stored as a nitrogen-superpressurised liquid that vaporises on discharge and extinguishes mainly by absorbing heat from the flame. It is non-conductive and leaves no residue, which is why it is widely used in occupied spaces such as server rooms, data centres, archives and control rooms.
